**ESTOPPEL INSTRUCTIONS**
Please EMAIL your proof of payment (PayPal Receipt) and include the Estoppel Request Form to Shannon@jlpropertymgmt.com immediately after making payment to avoid delays or errors.
You MUST include the following in your email: Association Name, Property Address, and the PayPal Transaction ID to process the request in a timely manner.

NO ANIMALS ALLOWED
Only animals registered with AW4 as an ESA or an ADA service animal are permitted on Applewood IV property. This applies to all Owners and their guests. ALL OTHER ANIMALS MUST BE REMOVED.
